Do not begin with the fee table. Record the animal’s species, breed, age, measurements, weight, container dimensions and weight, every operating flight, route, cabin, and connection. For cabin travel, test fit and confirmation separately
The Lufthansa cabin page currently describes a soft-sided, securely closable carrier, a maximum total size and combined animal/carrier weight, and enough internal room for natural standing, lying, and turning. Handle USA dog routes as a separate gate
Lufthansa publishes special registration and destination limitations for dogs traveling to the United States and points travelers to the CDC Dog Import Form. Do not generalize a confirmed cat trip or a non-U.S. dog trip to this branch.
